Community Breathwork Ceremony
Breathe. Release. Transform. | Come join us and liberate yourself through breath. Breathwork is a somatic self-healing modality that has the potential to deeply impact your life, your body, and your direction.
This will be a 2-hour Breathwork Ceremony beginning with an opening circle followed by the journey of breath. Music guides the rhythm of your breath as your body, spirit, and soul experience a variety of profound effects. The ceremony concludes with a closing circle of optional sharing and integration.
