At The Herbal Ritual, your health and satisfaction are deeply important to us. We take great care in sourcing and preparing high-quality herbs, tinctures, supplements, and wellness products.
Due to the nature of our products and for safety and sanitary reasons, all sales of ingestible products are final, including but not limited to:
• Bulk herbs
• Tea blends
• Tinctures
• Capsules & supplements
• Powders
• Resins
• Oils intended for internal use
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items once they have left our shop.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or purchase at info@theherbalritual.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Non-ingestible items (such as tools, accessories, or unopened wellness goods) may be eligible for return within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was ours.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by carriers
• Natural products may vary in color, texture, aroma, and appearance from batch to batch due to seasonal and sourcing differences. This does not qualify as a defect.
