Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Custom formulas and practitioner prescriptions may require additional preparation time.

Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and are outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages must be handled directly with the shipping carrier, though we will do our best to assist.
